About Us
Our family owned company was launched in 1993, primarily to supply top range hand and power tools to trade and industrial users in our area. Following a period of rapid growth, the company, in 1999, moved to our existing four storey offices and showrooms still in the Westcliff area where we continued to consolidate our position as one of the leading tool suppliers in the South of England.
In line with our company ethos of providing our customers with the very best service available it was decided that we should have our own power tool repair centre so as a consequence in 2000, the Tool-Line Power Tool Repair Centre was opened in our old premises. This facility quickly became a key element of our business and attracted custom not just from power tool users but also many of the leading power tool dealers in the South East who were looking for a reliable service centre. In 2005, due to the popularity of this service, the workshop was moved to a much larger factory unit on a modern industrial estate still within the geographical area of our main showrooms in Westcliff, where it continues to provide a service that is second to none.
As a member of the THS Tools Buying Group, one of the largest of its kind in Europe, we are able to utilise the Groups massive purchasing power to buy products from companies such as Bosch, Dewalt, Festool, Fein, Hitachi, Makita, Panasonic at prices not always available to independent retailers. The Group are also able to provide amazing pricing across a range of literally hundreds of hand tool suppliers such as Stanley, Marples,Spear & Jackson, Neil, CK, to mention just a few.
On-line sales have become an important facet of our business today and our company motto of “Tool-Line For Speed, Service and Value” perfectly reflects our ethos and our ongoing commitment to providing the highest possible standard’s at all times.
